In this session VineArts Director Jessie Nilo shares the way the ministry deals with the issue of encouraging excellence with the arts in the church, while also creating opportunities for more people to develop their creativity.  This talk is followed by a panel discussion with Lisa Marten, Dean Estes and Ruth Hamilton who share the specific challenges and solutions they’ve discovered in this sensitive area.
